It's not hot, which, for August in New York City, is unusual.
But nice.

I've been working on a couple of things in a steady way: new comic book, next show,
and more recently, exploring ideas that have been rattling around in my "don't work on them because they don't make sense" compartment.

This is a big relief.
I am also relieved to have been selected by the Coalition for Present Reality to
be featured at their next event: "I Know What's Going On/ I Can Explain Everything"
which also features Punk Rock Johnny in: Pinata Suit. As a big fan of Punk Rock
Johnny, this is a big deal for me, which I'm sure you understand.

I've just started a series of small black and white paintings which reveal the secret stories hidden within the abstract details of old photographs. The first story that has been revealed looks a bit like blurry stills from a black and white Science Fiction movie.

There is:
An alien empress, who looks a bit Asian with a pointed cap.
A man in a throne wearing an executioner's hood with a crow and a white dog.
A woman washing her hair in a lake with a sheep in the water and a giant sized
Cock Robin (double breasted suit and all) watching from the banks.
A puppet swimming upstream in a rushing current with a large piano, a horse,
and a lion in the background.

Oh, it's fun.
